Dr Marten has made over eight hundred scientific presentations at national and international symposia on aesthetic plastic surgery and has taught a generation of plastic surgeons advanced techniques in facial plastic surgery. He has published numerous scientific articles on surgery to rejuvenate the face and has authored over thirty textbook chapters on facelift surgery and related topics including widely referenced and referred to chapters in the acclaimed plastic surgery textbooks The Art of Aesthetic Surgery, Mastery In Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinics In Plastic Surgery, Instructional Courses in Plastic Surgery, Deep Face-lifting Techniques, Operative Techniques In Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Rejuvenation of the Face and Neck, The Forehead and Temporal Fossa: Anatomy and Technique, Plastic Surgery: Indications and Practice and International Textbook of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
